We accept the major local plans. If you are not sure whether yours is covered, call the front desk and ask before you come.

If your plan is not listed here, call us anyway. We can often still see you, and the front desk will tell you what the visit will cost before you commit to anything.
What to bring to your appointment
Your insurance card.
A valid photo identification.
Your referral letter, if a doctor has sent you.
Any recent test results, and a list of the medications you are taking.
If you are paying yourself
We see self-paying patients. Ask the front desk for the fee for the clinic you need at the time you book, so there is nothing to work out on the day.
Questions about your cover
Call (876) 978-3188, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and the front desk will answer what they can about the plans we accept and what a visit costs. Anything about the terms of your own policy is a question for your insurer.
